UPDATED FEBRUARY 22, 2026 Since our last update in February 2025, we have seen the negative and harmful impact the current political landscape continues to have on disenfranchised communities, particularly immigrants and LGBTQIA+ individuals. As a clinician, you have experienced this impact directly on a personal level or vicariously through your clients' experiences. It is a crucial time for SCPA and its clinicians to continue to focus on fulfilling our mission of providing therapeutic care with cultural humility and allow our clients to feel safe and heard in the space we provide them.
